Dr. Giovanna Ciocca, M.D., FAAP, FAASD
Giovanna Ciocca is board certified in both dermatology and pediatrics. After completing her Pediatric Dermatology fellowship at Miami Children's Hospital, she joined the pediatric dermatology practice at the hospital where she practiced for nearly 5 years before moving to private practice.
Since the beginning of her training, she has participated in multiple phase one to phase three trials and is currently focused on special trials involving new breakthrough treatments for children's skin conditions. She has written and edited several articles, both in general and pediatric dermatology journals, as well as co-authored a chapter of a pediatric dermatology book.
Outside of work, Dr. Ciocca enjoys spending time with her family, traveling on occasions and reading.

Dr. Rachel Schleichert, M.D.
Dr. Schleichert earned her medical degree from The Ohio State University, where she graduated as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. After completing her dermatology residency at the University of Maryland, she trained in a dual-accredited fellowship for MOHS surgery and cosmetic surgical dermatology at the Skin Institute of South Florida.
Dr. Schleichert is a board certified dermatologist and a Fellow of the American Board of Dermatology. She has authored several scientific journal articles and is an active member of the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Society for Dermatological Surgery. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland.
Dr. Schleichert lives in Baltimore and works part-time in Florida.
Outside of work, she enjoys art, hiking, and traveling.
Yamile Alfaro, PA-C
Yamile Alfaro, PA-C is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. She earned her Master’s of Medical Science Degree at Nova Southeastern University in 2015, and has been practicing dermatology since. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida International University with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Biology.
As a physician assistant in dermatology, Yamile has experience in treating a wide variety of skin conditions in children, adolescents, and adults. In addition, her training in dermoscopy enhances her ability to detect pigmented lesions, which may lead to skin cancer. She has been trained in a variety of cosmetic procedures such as laser hair removal, pulse dye laser, Fraxel, and Excimer laser.

Paige is a board certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology since her graduation from Barry University in 2017. Prior to attending Barry, Paige earned her bachelor degree at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville graduating with honors in biomedical sciences with minors in both chemistry and psychology.
